Coffee:

Ugly Duck Coffee: Great coffee, some bakery items, clean modern setting. Rating = 4.5/5 man-buns.
Starry Nights Cafe: Comfy setting for coffee and small plates. A bit crunchier than above; channel your inner granola!
Glen Edith Coffee Bar: Never been but it looks good. We will be checking it out.

Food:

Village Bakery & Cafe: One of our favorite places to get breakfast, baked goods, and lunch. Jon tries to make us go every time we are in town.
Ox & Stone: Latin/ Mexican food…in Rochester! Was in the running for our rehearsal dinner and wedding locations.
Trata: Salads, sandwiches, and burgers. Have never been but our our short list to try and is owned by same crew as Village Bakery.
PopRoc: Cereal, Comics, Caffeine….we are intrigued. Never been but sounds hipster-riffic!

Groceries:

Wegmans: the ONLY acceptable grocery option. Founded in Rochester, consistently voted one of the best companies to work for, and Kristy’s brother designed some of their packaging!

Sights:

Kodak/Eastman House: Tour the house of Kodak founder and major philanthropist George Eastman. Fun facts: George was friends with Thomas Edison and, ironically, Kodak invented the digital camera.
The Strong National Museum of Play: For kids of all ages!
Rochester Museum and Science Center: Science and a planetarium, go STEM!
Memorial Art Gallery: Art-n-stuff, if thats what you’re in to.
Susan B. Anthony Museum & House: Home of Susan B. Anthony where she was arrested in 1872 for voting in Rochester. This laid the groundwork for the 19th amendment…almost 50 years later…yikes.
